Under the previous Upfront Tariff Regime, the project was required to achieve Financial Close by 31st March 2015. The project sponsors made their best efforts; however, Financial Close could not be achieved within the stipulated timeframe. Following the tariff determination, the sponsors will execute the Energy Purchase Agreement (EPA) with CPPA-G and the Implementation Agreement (IA) with AEDB, after which the project will proceed towards Financial Close.
